Shifting the attention of leadership for action on climate and health

Cultivating the conditions with leaders and organisations to take collective action for the well-being of current and future generations.

Future Delta was founded to support leaders navigating the complex demands of today alongside their ambition to ensure future generations have the opportunity to thrive.

Future Delta exists to build bridges between stakeholders who are solving challenges that generate mutual value, and to create the conditions that courageous leaders need to sustain their energy.

Dr Carly Santer, Founder / Director of Future Delta, brings over two decades of experience spanning academic medical research, global pharmaceutical development including clinical trials, and strategic foresight in healthcare. She has worked at the intersection of quality, compliance and future-focussed governance, embedding long-term system thinking into decision-making at scale.

As Bayer UK & Ireland’s first Impact Officer and a senior leader in global clinical development, Carly helped integrate carbon emission reduction, risk mitigation and business resilience into core strategy, not as an afterthought but as a driver of better outcomes.

Future Delta builds on Carly’s experience.

The path that led to Future Delta is not linear. It reflects deliberate waypoints with unexpected routes between them; from the laboratory to a corporate environment, from quality oversight to impact assessment, from operational leadership to systemic business transformation.

You can learn more about that path in the timeline below.
